Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service without penalty. A 50% service fee will automatically apply when: failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior, No Call No Show appointments. A 10-minute grace period is provided. However, arriving more than 10 minutes late can significantly affect the outcome of your set. Your artist will do their best to provide quality service within the remaining time, but full results cannot be guaranteed. Excessive tardiness may still result in a cancellation and fee. Although not limited, Under the discretion of Itzcali Beauty LLC, failure to do any of the above can result in a ban from Itzcali Beauty LLC. No refunds on any services or gift cards. Must arrive with clean lashes, residue of any sort may result in retention issues and or cleaning fee. Foreign refills are accepted under Foreign Fill option. Extra guests and children are not allowed. Please contact within the 72 hour grace period for any concerns following initial appointment. Prices are subject to change.
