You may cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your date of service without penalty. A 100% service fee will automatically apply when: failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior, No Call No Show, or if Arrival is past the allotted 10 minute grace period. Although not limited, Under the discretion of Itzcali Beauty LLC, failure to do any of the above can result in a ban from Itzcali Beauty LLC. No refunds on any services or gift cards. Must arrive with clean lashes, residue of any sort may result in retention issues and or cleaning fee. Foreign refills are accepted under Foreign Fill option. Extra guests and children are not allowed. Please contact within the 72 hour grace period for any concerns following initial appointment. Prices are subject to change.
